Pistachio is on the tray every week, with more flavours alongside it. Pick a flavour, then tap your box. A box of 12 is about one pound.
Real, premium ingredients. Every layer brushed with butter and olive oil, never margarine. Syrup made fresh from scratch.

How it works
We bake in one batch each weekend, so every box is fresh and we never take more orders than we can make.

Order before the weekly cutoff to save a spot on this weekend’s tray. When it’s full, you can join the waitlist.
We confirm by email
We check every order by hand, usually within a day. If something runs out, we suggest a swap and you decide.
Pick up and enjoy
Saturday or Sunday in Toronto. Need another day? Choose it at checkout with a little notice.
Thinking of a different filling? Add it as a special request. We make other flavours when we can get the ingredients.

How do I pay?
We send payment details with your confirmation email. Nothing is charged on this website.
Where do I pick up?
Pickup only for now, at Bloor & Ossington in Toronto, a minute from Ossington Station. We send the exact spot with your confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, up to the day before pickup, on Find my order. For anything else, reply to your confirmation email.
What if the weekend is full?
Join the waitlist. If a spot opens before we bake, we email you. You can also get the menu by email to order early next week.
Can I order it as a gift?
Yes. Tick “It’s a gift” at checkout and we’ll write your note on a card in the box.
How much is in a box?
Each piece is about 40 g, so a box of 12 is around one pound and suits a dinner table. The sizes on offer this week show as buttons under each flavour.
Can you make a flavour that’s not on the menu?
Often, yes. Add a special request at checkout and we’ll let you know when we confirm.
Allergies?
Everything we make contains or may contain tree nuts, wheat (gluten), milk and soy, may also contain sesame, mustard and egg, and is made in a kitchen that handles all of them. Tell us about allergies in your notes.
